About Creatros

In 2017, Creatros Technologies Inc. was founded to address a major problem that customer success staff face: effectively communicating with the technical team. After pitching our idea, Creatros was invited to join the Genesis Centre incubator. Ever since then, we have been working hard to develop plugins for Slack and Jira to make the jobs of customer support staff easier.

We are proud to say that we are now entering the beta testing phase for our Slack plugin. We are taking on a limited number of beta testers who will preview how our plugin will help alleviate their customer support woes.

Our Software

We are currently in the process of rolling out a plugin for Slack and Jira that can detect the areas of knowledge each employee has, and allow staff to connect to the person who has the knowledge they need. Our plugin is based on a simple command: /whoknows. Using this command, a member of your company can bring up a list of everyone with certain knowledge. Then, they can send a message to one of the names on the list, knowing that they’ll have the answers they need.
